Strategic Planning & Report Recommendations for Just Be You

On behalf of Support House and Shine Out! Shout Out! Foundation, we led a community planning process to explore services for Transitional Age Youth in the Region of Halton.

We facilitated pre-meeting focus groups, key informant interviews and community sessions, and produced a final report with findings and recommendations.
