I am a community-based researcher with over 20 years of experience working with diverse stakeholders in community settings. After completing my Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology, I worked as a Program Evaluation and Research Specialist in the not-for-profit sector for several years. My areas of expertise include program evaluation, quantitative and qualitative research methodology, data analysis and equity, diversity, and inclusion.

For me, the art of the possible means helping organizations build their data stories. It’s moving beyond data as a buzzword or a funder requirement to seeing it as a vehicle for meaningful organizational and systemic change. How do we gather good data? What does it tell us? Most importantly, how can we use this data to lead to sustainable and impactful organizational and systemic change? I am skilled at knowledge mobilization and helping teams move from data to action.

All my work is grounded in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion principles. It is informed by my lived experience as a South Asian woman, a child of immigrants, a caregiver advocating for my children and an engaged member of the Halton community. I am passionate about social justice, service innovation, and building more equitable systems. I am committed to cultural humility and strive to be a lifelong learner.

Along with my colleagues, I am committed to using my skill set to contribute to the collective good. I value diverse viewpoints and approach my work with an authentic spirit of collaboration. I have worked with a wide range of diverse stakeholders in various sectors. Based on these experiences, I can offer organizations support in the following areas:
